2nd full length by teenage moods (the follow up to 'mood ring', also on 25 DIAMONDS), a young local band from minneapolis; drawing equal influence from the early rough trade records catalog (the raincoats, the vaselines, etc.) as well as the whole k records/pacific NW scene in general (beat happening, nirvana, blah blah). this record finds the band recording as a 5 piece, making for a much bigger/poppier sound all around...... i hate writing this kind of shit. i think they are excellent, basically, and that's why i've spent thousands putting out their records. pressed in an edition of 300 copies, all on colored vinyl. there will be a limited version (alternate covers, edition of 50) available at their record release show, and any potential remaining copies will be sold here after. includes a download code.
